Island Air's exclusive Meet and Greet service is available to all visitors to the Cayman Islands arriving by either commercial or private aircraft.

On arrival at the main airport terminal, Island Air offers a fast and discreet service, assisting with all processes right from the moment you land. This includes full assistance with immigration and customs, organising baggage porters and chauffeurs, handling lost luggage and hotel check-in.

Your arrival experience will include:

• Being met from the aircraft at the gate
• Assistance with visas and landing cards
• Fast track through immigration and customs
• Baggage porters to collect luggage
• Chauffeurs parked outside the arrivals terminal to ensure a fast and efficient transfer away from the airport

In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, we will handle the locating and repatriation of your belongings as quickly as possible. Assistance with any onward transport arrangements and hotel check-in can also be provided.

Departures:

• Contact us 24 hours before your departure to confirm your requirements including transportation if necessary and any special assistance through the terminal building such as wheelchairs.
• Boarding cards if required will be printed prior to your arrival at the airport with your preferential seating requirements.
• On arrival at the terminal building kerb side, an agent will meet you and assist with your luggage to be dropped off with your ariline.
